Process
- Dissolve sugar and water completely in a mixing bowl.
- Add brownie mix and oil and mix for 1 minute at slow speed.
- Now scrape once and again mix for 3 minutes at slow speed.
- Add broken wallnuts in batter and mix till evenly folded in batter.
- Put some walnut chunks on top of batter after spreading in tin/tray.
- Bake it on 180 C for 30-35 minutes or until done.
